The Project Management and Quality control (WP1) work package establishes the governance framework necessary for the successful implementation of the AGROPATH project. It ensures effective coordination of the international consortium, transparent administrative and financial management, efficient communication among partners, and continuous monitoring of project progress throughout the implementation period.
WP1 includes the establishment of the project management structure, definition of partners’ roles and responsibilities, organization of the kick-off meeting and regular consortium meetings, preparation of technical and financial reports, risk management, and implementation of internal communication mechanisms. A comprehensive quality assurance system is integrated into the work package to monitor the achievement of objectives, evaluate project outputs, ensure compliance with Erasmus+ requirements, and introduce corrective actions whenever necessary.
The work package also provides systematic monitoring of project performance through defined quality indicators, milestones, deliverables, and periodic internal evaluations. These activities support timely decision-making, facilitate effective collaboration among consortium members, and ensure the successful delivery of all subsequent work packages.
As a result, WP1 will establish a robust management and quality assurance framework that guarantees efficient project implementation, strengthens cooperation among partner institutions from the EU, Ukraine, and Moldova, supports transparent governance, and contributes to achieving the overall objectives of the AGROPATH project in modernizing higher education in precision agriculture and advanced geomatics.
